These terms govern your use of klyvot.shop and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Klyvot (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.

3. Products and availability

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can differ slightly between screens and between production batches, and measurements are approximate. Stock is limited and shown on each product page; if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement or a refund.

4. Pricing and errors

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have received an order confirmation.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not by itself constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods or send a separate dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where there has been a pricing error.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our payment provider. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method. Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account.

7. Shipping and risk of loss

Delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and are estimates only. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please make sure the address is complete and correct.

8. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, logos and page design — is owned by us or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or customer data
• Scrape, copy or resell site content without permission
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site
• Place fraudulent orders or misuse promotional offers

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order governs that order. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when these terms last changed.
