This policy explains what personal information Klyvot collects, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the rights you have — including the rights California residents have under the CCPA and CPRA.

• Pages viewed, referring pages, search terms and time spent on the site
• Cart and checkout activity, including abandoned carts

Payment information

Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits of your card, but we never store your full card number or security code on our servers.

• To process, pack, ship and deliver your orders, and to handle returns and refunds
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates and customer-service replies
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised transactions
• To understand how the site is used and improve products, pages and checkout

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, measure traffic and attribute advertising. These include our own first-party cookies and third-party cookies from Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop the cart and checkout from working. To limit Google Analytics across all sites, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. How we share it

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the store, and only as needed:

• Payment processors to authorise and capture payments
• Shipping carriers and fulfilment partners to deliver orders and handle returns
• Email and support tools to send order updates and answer enquiries
• Analytics and advertising providers such as Google, to measure and improve marketing
• Professional advisers and authorities where required by law or to protect our rights

We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

6. No sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under California law. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link.

7. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the following rights:

• Right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose or retain, and why
• Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you
• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do neither
• Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not use it beyond providing the service
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

We will verify your identity using information already associated with your account or orders, and respond within 45 days (extendable by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary). You may use an authorised agent; we may ask for written permission and proof of identity.

8. Texas privacy rights

If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) gives you the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, to access and correct it, to delete it, to obtain a copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected] with the subject line “Texas Privacy Request”. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email.

9. How long we keep it

• Order and transaction records: up to 7 years, for tax and accounting
• Account information: while your account is open, then up to 12 months
• Analytics data: up to 26 months
• Marketing contact details: until you unsubscribe, then suppressed

10. Security

The site uses HTTPS, and access to customer data is limited to staff and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information with appropriate technical and organisational measures.

11. Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
