Shipping Policy

This page explains how and when your Klyvot order will reach you. The timeframes below are estimates, not guarantees, and start counting from the moment your order is dispatched.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Washington, D.C. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States at this time.

2. Order processing

Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. Central Time on a business day are usually picked and packed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

3. Shipping options and delivery times

Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum spend. There is nothing to add at checkout. Delivery estimates exclude processing time and do not include weekends or holidays.

4. Tracking your order

Once your order leaves our fulfilment partner, we email you a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan. You can also review your order status under My account.

5. Delays

Weather, carrier backlogs and peak periods can add a few days. If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

6. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address before paying. If you spot an error, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update the address if the parcel has not shipped. If a parcel is returned to us because an address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; a reshipping fee may apply.

7. Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or the tracking shows it as delivered but you never received it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number and, where possible, photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full.

8. Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and applicable state and local rates. The tax amount is shown before you confirm payment.
